These guidelines outline the procedure for reporting and resolving alleged copyright infringement within the Gallerie app and its associated platform. Gallerie is a product of Sibelius Studios LLC.
1. Platform Role and Responsibility
Gallerie functions as a neutral content-hosting platform. We provide digital infrastructure for users to upload, store, and share wallpapers. We do not necessarily manually review or pre-approve all user-submitted content for passing our platform policies. As such, we do not offer guarantees or warranties regarding the legality or originality of any user-generated or uploaded content.
Users are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of the content they share. Sibelius Studios LLC is not liable for any damages arising from user-posted content unless explicitly required by law.
2. Filing a Complaint
If you believe that material available in Gallerie infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal copyright complaint to our Designated Agent. Complaints must include the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material, including app screen screenshots, wallpaper images, or links where available.
- Proof of ownership, such as registration certificates, original content, or timestamps.
- Your contact details, including your full name and email address.
- A signed statement under penalty of perjury that:
- You are the rightful copyright holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- You believe in good faith that the use of the content is not authorized by law, the copyright owner, or its agent.
Please submit all complaints to our DMCA agent via email with the subject line: Gallerie Copyright Complaint – [Your Work Name].

3. Review and Remediation Process
Upon receiving a complete complaint:
- We will conduct a preliminary assessment to determine validity.
- If the content is deemed potentially infringing, we may:
- Temporarily disable, remove, or restrict access to the reported content.
- Notify the user who uploaded the content of the complaint.
The uploader may then submit a counter-notification within 10 days, including evidence of authorization or ownership. If a valid counter-notification is received, we may reinstate the content unless legal action is initiated.
4. Limitations and Legal Disclaimers
- Filing a copyright complaint does not guarantee removal or action. Gallerie reserves the right to reject complaints that are incomplete, fraudulent, or outside our jurisdiction.
- Sibelius Studios LLC may require additional documentation or verification.
- Gallerie does not act as legal counsel and will not mediate disputes beyond the minimum required by applicable law.
- If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, either party may pursue legal resolution.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable access to users who repeatedly violate copyright laws, at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws such as the DMCA.
Sibelius Studios LLC retains the right to amend these guidelines as needed to comply with evolving regulations and platform policies.
