Gallerie is a mobile application developed by Sibelius Studios LLC. This policy supplements our LLC-wide Privacy Policy with specific practices related to the use of Gallerie.

By using this app, you consent to the data practices outlined below and in our LLC privacy policy.

What We Collect

Gallerie may collect the following types of data:

  • Device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, GAID)
  • IP address
  • Anonymous analytics and usage behavior
  • Crash logs
  • Location (only if you enable a feature that requires it)
  • Wallpaper uploads and associated metadata
  • Image prompts or uploads used in AI generation tools

We do not require account creation or collect personally identifiable information (PII) like names, emails, or passwords unless you explicitly provide them (e.g., through support contact).

Use of Your Data

We use collected data to:

  • Operate and improve the app’s functionality
  • Deliver relevant ads or provide access to rewarded content
  • Enable wallpaper upload and display
  • Fulfill AI-generated image requests using third-party services
  • Monitor analytics and prevent fraud

Uploaded images submitted for wallpaper publication may be publicly visible to other users.

Images submitted for AI generation are temporarily transmitted to our processing partner (e.g., OpenAI) and are not retained beyond the duration needed to return results.

Advertising and Subscriptions

Gallerie displays ads from third-party networks, including but not limited to Google AdMob and Unity Ads, who may collect device-level identifiers (such as IDFA or GAID) for personalization and ad delivery. You can opt out of ad tracking through your device settings and by adjusting your privacy choices (based on region) in the app.

If you subscribe to a premium tier, your purchase is handled by the App Store or Google Play. We do not store or process your payment information.

User Uploads & AI Content

When submitting an image for upload or for AI generation:

  • You affirm that you have the legal rights to the content and authorize us to modify, enhance, and monetize it;
  • You grant permission for AI processing, upscaling, and transformation of your submissions;
  • You understand that enhanced versions may be offered as premium-only content;
  • You agree not to submit material that is illegal, harmful, or violates our Terms of Service.

Uploaded images may be processed using AI tools (including third-party services) to create higher-quality or enhanced versions. These enhanced versions become part of our content library and may be distributed under premium access tiers.

We reserve the right to remove submitted content or restrict features for users who abuse these tools.

Your Rights

You may:

  • Request deletion of wallpapers you uploaded
  • Revoke permissions to your device's storage, camera, or location
  • Contact us to request deletion of other stored data, if applicable

EU and California residents may have additional rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port personal data.
