This app, Gallerie, is developed and published by Sibelius Studios LLC and is governed by our parent company’s Terms of Service. This page supplements that agreement with app-specific disclosures and conditions relevant to users of the Gallerie mobile application.

By using Gallerie, you agree to the terms outlined here and in the Sibelius Studios LLC Terms of Service.

Use of the App

Gallerie enables users to browse, download, and submit mobile wallpapers. We provide this platform on an "as-is" basis and make no guarantees as to the content’s accuracy, availability, or suitability.

You must not:

  • Upload or submit images you do not own or have permission to share;
  • Submit content that violates copyright, trademarks, or any applicable laws;
  • Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
  • Attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate access to users found violating these terms, and to report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

Content Hosting & Liability

Gallerie acts as a neutral third-party host for user-submitted wallpaper content. While we provide moderation tools, we are not responsible for user submissions.

We comply with the DMCA and provide a takedown mechanism for complaints. Please see our Copyright Policy and Complaints Guide for instructions.

User Content License

When you submit content to Gallerie, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, modify, enhance, and monetize your submissions. This includes:

  • Creating AI-enhanced, upscaled, or otherwise modified versions of your content;
  • Offering original or enhanced versions through different access tiers (free with ads, premium subscription, etc.);
  • Using your content for promotional purposes within or outside the app.

You will not receive compensation for submissions or derivative works created from them. Enhanced versions may be offered exclusively to paying subscribers.

Advertising and Monetization

Some features in Gallerie may require viewing ads (e.g., rewarded video ads) to unlock downloads. We partner with ad networks who may collect anonymous usage data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Gallerie may offer in-app purchases and optional subscriptions for premium features, faster access, AI tools, or enhanced functionality. All transactions are securely processed by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective billing policies.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason unless required by law or store policy.
  • Subscription terms and renewals (including duration and pricing) are presented clearly at the point of purchase. You are responsible for managing your subscription through your device's settings.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing, benefits, or availability of paid features at any time without notice.
  • We may revoke access to paid features in cases of abuse, violation of our terms, or misuse of premium functionality, including but not limited to AI tools.

AI-Generated Content

Gallerie includes tools that allow users to generate wallpapers using artificial intelligence (AI), potentially powered by third-party providers such as OpenAI. By using these tools, you agree:

  • Not to upload or input content that is unlawful, abusive, pornographic, harassing, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate;
  • That AI-generated outputs are provided “as-is” without guarantees of accuracy, ownership, or suitability;
  • That you grant us a non-exclusive license to use AI-generated content for the purpose of hosting and displaying it in the app, if submitted;
  • That we may monitor, moderate, throttle, or restrict access to AI generation features at our discretion;
  • That we reserve the right to suspend or terminate premium memberships or access to AI tools for any user who misuses or abuses the functionality, including inputting harmful prompts or uploading prohibited content.
